Thoughts on our world today

This world is going through some interesting times...

Tony Blair is becoming professor at Yale.

The War in Iraq is a big mess, whether we stay or leave.

Health Care and Tuition costs are deadly.

We've got cameras now that can see through clothes, to look for terrorists with guns, etc.

We've got a gun made only two inches long.

We have a diverse world, clashing religions, causing tension.

The "war" a mess? i think the media portrays it in a way such as to dismay the American people, and to garner support for their liberal stance.
Expensive, yes it is - but it has also aided out economy, keeping and providing jobs in the private sector. Consider that Obama sponsored a bill to send almost 1 trillion dollars it impoverished nations. We are 9.x trillion in dept, our dollar is losing it's value, and we are sending money to other countries? Don't get me wrong, it's and honourable thing to give to charity, but it shouldn't be the duty of the government to spend our money on other countries when we cannot afford to do it otherwise - deficient spending, furthering our economy in it's decent
